To ensure safety and comfort, please do not bring mobile phones, metal objects, food, or any other items that could be damaged by heat or affect the sauna environment.
To enhance your sauna experience, come hydrated and drink plenty of water afterward. Avoid heavy meals prior to your visit, and take time to relax during and between sessions to fully enjoy the sauna’s benefits.
Guests with medical conditions such as heart problems, respiratory issues, high blood pressure, or pregnancy should consult a doctor before using the sauna. If you feel unwell, we recommend postponing your visit for your safety.
We recommend 10-15 minutes per session for new users, with cool-down periods between 2-3 rounds. Your first session may take longer to reach a sweat, especially if starting with a cooler body temperature. Always listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
A swimsuit is required, and we recommend bringing a towel to sit on to protect the bench and enhance your comfort. Clean sandals or bare feet inside the sauna itself. A small changing room is available for your convenience.
You may sprinkle water on the sauna rocks for a more humid experience, using water you bring with you (no water is provided). If you prefer a dry heat, simply enjoy the sauna without adding water.
